Forma Museum — The Garden Between Forms
An outdoor sculpture garden becomes a slow, immersive encounter with scale, material, distance and the changing relationship between artworks and landscape.
“How can audio deepen attention to sculpture without telling visitors what they are supposed to see?”
The experience avoids conventional object-by-object commentary. Instead, each chapter gives the visitor a way of looking: weight, emptiness, surface, horizon, rhythm, shadow. Artworks become anchors for perception rather than quiz answers.
Visitors choose a 35-minute route in the museum app. Sparse narration, field recordings and original sound invite pauses and changes of position. The final piece contains almost no words — only a prompt to walk around it once more in silence.
Craft across story, sound, space and interaction.
A mediation format that can add depth without adding signage — and can change seasonally as the garden, light and collection evolve.
